The world has changed, and has changed for the better. Respecting individualities is fundamental and with this objective we enable the dream of women and men to have their families regardless of their sexual orientation.
Remembering that we have alternative donation of semen with use of national and international banks, as well as egg donation.
in vitro fertilization - ivf
In vitro fertilization is one of the most used techniques for assisted reproduction. Popularly known as "test tube baby", it has helped countless couples realize the dream of having a child for almost 30 years.
It is important to remember that for a pregnancy to occur naturally, the ovary must release an egg that will join the sperm in the tube, resulting in fertilization. During the process of fertilization in vitro binding occurs in the laboratory after collection and cultivation of the egg and sperm using special techniques.
When successful, fertilization will give rise to the pre-embryos, to be transferred to the uterus after a cultivation period of two to five days.
IVF is used in cases of: tubal problems, endometriosis, unexplained infertility, or a male factor of mild to moderate severity.
intrauterine insemination - iui
Intrauterine insemination is a low-complexity procedure. In addition, it is painless, like a gynecologic exam. It involves the introduction of sperm prepared in the laboratory directly into the uterine cavity, using a suitable catheter.
This procedure is suggested in cases where there are difficulties such as inadequate cervical mucus, anatomic abnormalities of the cervix or problems in semen quality, among others.
The semen used can be from the partner or from the frozen-sperm bank, from an anonymous donor, depending on each case report. The steps are: induction of ovulation, semen collection and preparation and placement of selected spermatozoids at the fundus of the uterus.
